Unreal Engine Game Designer - Full Time - Austin, TX/ Anywhere

Job description: Alternate Games is a small, humble company looking to expand it's team! We're an inclusive company looking to hire unique individuals with extreme talents and a passion for learning.

Anyone can apply, but experience is not required. Let us know if you are in college or just graduated. We want a 3D environment artist to help bring our first person horror video game Threat of Silence to life.

You have to program a day within our game Threat of Silence. This scene includes:

-An animation of Claire waking up triggering at the beginning.

-The ability to interact with the shower. When the shower is interacted with the scene will go back. Shower noise will play. The camera will fade back.

-The ability to interact with the fridge. It will open and close. A sound will play as this happens.

-The ability to interact with a character. You do not need to design the UI.

-An transition to the next scene.

Requirements:

- A willingness to communicate with others

-The ability to program in Unreal

-Make code that's easy and simple to run

-Willingness to tackle errors as they arise.

-Be readily available for contact whether that be virtually or in person
